board of directors and shareholders meeting

-New Patent Application 13,206,483, was
filed on August 9, 2011.
-Authorization to merge and/or acquire.
-Spin off patent assets to all shareholders
of record.
-The Company has engaged an international
patent brokerage division to sell and/or
monetize the patent portfolio.
