Web's Data Management Acquisition to Certify and Guarantee

a Key to Business Strategy Sticky Web, Inc., an intellectual
property company with key Internet, software and business
method patents in e-mail, Web creation and e-commerce,
commented today that the acquisition of an INDIA based
data management company is key to its business strategy.
The company, EResources,
Inc. based in Ahmedabad, India, owns and manages over
195,000,000 global OPT-IN e-mail addresses. The global
addresses have opted-in to receive e-mail on specific
topics.
"We plan to use EResources,
Inc's data base of e-mail addresses and data management
technology as the foundation for our patent protected
OPT-IN management and distribution ASP," stated
Thomas L. DiStefano III, CEO of Sticky Web, Inc. "The
ASP and completed system will certify that the e-mail
being sent matches the target market and will guarantee
the delivery of the e-mail," he continued.
SIKY is concentrating
its business strategy on partnering and licensing its
first two issued patents. US Patent 6,631,400 covers
certain bulk e-mail systems and US Patent 6,771,291
covers certain Web creation and collaboration systems.
The estimated market size of the market covered by these
two patents is over $10B.
