October 30, 2006 Sticky Web, Inc., an intellectual property company with key Internet, software and business method patents in e-mail, collaboration, web creation, e-commerce, and security, commented today on how its ASP and acquisitions drive earnings.

Sticky Web is working to integrate the e-mail database managed by its subsidiary EResources, Inc., the sales team provided by Estrela with the Mail Wiz(R) ASP. The Company is working to double OPT-IN its 195,000,000 OPT-IN e-mail addresses so that the ASP will have more specific target lists and certify and guarantee e-mail delivery.

The management of EResources is projecting over $1M Euro, the equivalent of $1.28 Million US, for the year-end 2006. The management of Estrela is projecting over $2.3 Million. The Company's combined revenue is approximately 4.5 cents EPS. If the Company is able to generate $.10 cents per address per year the e-mail database has a market potential of $19.5 million annually.
