December 22, 2006 - Perfect Web Technologies, Inc. formally Sticky Web, Inc. an intellectual property company with key Internet, software and business method patents in e-mail, Web creation and e-commerce, announced today that it has changed its name to better represent its business direction and intellectual properties.

"Our Company is built around a series of integrated technologies that optimize the use of the Internet. The name change is a back to the future moment for us as we have been using Perfect Web as a brand since 1997," stated Thomas L. DiStefano III CEO, Perfect Web Technologies, Inc.

The name Perfect Web Technologies represents how the Company's intellectual property group pioneered many Internet technologies, processes and applications and makes using the Internet easy while solving business needs.
