Perfect Web Technologies

As the founder of traditional brick and mortar businesses dating to 1982 the opportunity to go online became a passion. At the time online meant having to clear many barriers that included complex programming, unreliable hosting and inexperienced resources. This was to be expected for such a new medium.

The "getting" online barriers drove my passion into ideas that became patents. In 1996-97 I began the process of drafting the technology and business method ideas and filed the first patent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in 1999. Each of the patents and those pending, represent core building blocks of the Internet, computer technologies and business methods.

In 1996 Perfect Web began providing financial e-mail marketing as well as other direct marketing services through www.theuptick.com. Perfect Web continues to offer these services through theuptick.com.

We protect our foundation through the marketing, commercializing and licensing our patent portfolio. The portfolio consists of six patents and patents pending three of which have been issued and three that are in various stages of issue with the USPTO. Our issued patents are 6,631,400, 6,771,291 and 7,353,199. and are enthusiastic about the prospects of the other pending applications.
