About Perfect Web

Perfect Web Technologies is a Florida corporation incorporated in July 1997. Our offices are located at 134 NW 16th St., Suite 8, Boca Raton, Florida, 33432.

As the founder of traditional brick and mortar businesses dating to 1982 the opportunity to go online became a passion. At the time online meant having to clear many barriers that included complex programming, unreliable hosting and inexperienced resources. This was to be expected for such a new medium.

The "getting" online barriers drove my passion into ideas that became patents. I began the process of drafting the technology and business method ideas and filed the first patent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in 1999. Each of the patents and those pending, represent core building blocks of the Internet, computer technologies and business methods.

Our operations include online marketing driven by an experienced sales team and data management. As e-mail pioneers, in 1996 Perfect Web began providing financial e-mail marketing as well as other direct marketing services through www.theuptick.com. Perfect Web continues to offer these services through theuptick.com.

We protect our foundation through the marketing, commercializing and licensing our patent portfolio. The portfolio consists of six patents and patents pending three of which have been issued and three that are in various stages of issue with the USPTO. Our issued patents are 6,631,400. 6,771,291 and 7,353,199. and are enthusiastic about the prospects of the other pending applications.

We are exploring all possible licensing and business opportunities for each of the issued and pending patents in our portfolio.

Our 6,631,400 patent “METHOD FOR MANAGING BULK E-MAIL DISTRIBUTION” is a seminal patent that I believe is broad in scope and provides a competitive advantage in the OPT-IN e-mail industry. Our newest issued patent 7,353,100 was filed by Perfect Web Technologies, Inc. in late 1999. It is my belief that the USPTO’s nine year review conclusively affirms the ‘199 patents seminal value.

Our management team has committed itself to taking a leading position in the OPT-IN e-mail management and marketing industry by building integrated operating entities that utilize our patented technologies, and take any action necessary to maximize the revenue potential and protect each patent in the portfolio.
