Mr.
Thomas L. DiStefano III. Chief Executive Officer
and Chairman, founded us in July 1997 and became
Chairman in July 1997. Mr. DiStefano is the inventor
of our portfolio of six patents as well as the
Sticky Web®, Mail Wiz® and other technologies
and business methods. From January 1993 to June 1997,
Mr. DiStefano was the President of TLD3 Investment
Group, Inc. that specialized in the business and
capital development of emerging growth companies.
From June 1991 to December 1992, Mr. DiStefano was
a Series 7 and 63 Registered Representative. Mr.
DiStefano received a B.A. Economics from Eastern
Connecticut State University.
Mr.
DiStefano oversees the daily corporate business,
patent licensing, organizing patent prosecution,
and is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and
capital formation and in planning the corporate direction
and business strategy.
Christopher
L. Monteleone
Executive Vice
President and Director
Mr.
Christopher L. Monteleone. Executive Vice President
and Director, co-founded us in July 1997 and became
Director in July 1997. From July 1994 to June 1997,
Mr. Monteleone was the Vice President Syndication's
of TLD3 Investment Group, Inc. that specialized in
the business and capital development of emerging
growth companies. From March 1993 to June 1994, Mr.
Monteleone was a Sales Manager at Bally's Health
and Fitness. From August 1991 to February 1993, Mr.
Monteleone was a Series 7 and 63 Registered Representative.
Mr.
Monteloene has been responsible for the
daily web development and hosting of the Company’s
Internet properties and corporate websites that include
www.perfectwebtech.com, www.mailwiz.net and www.theuptick.com.
He helped develop and create the Sticky Web® and
Mail Wiz® software and their GUI (graphic user
interface).
Ray
Johnston
CTO and Director
Mr.
Ray Johnston, Chief Technical Officer, joined us
in June 2001. From October 1991 until February 1994
Mr. Johnston was a technology industry consultant
and worked with IBM OS/2 systems. From July 1985
to October 1991 Mr. Johnston was an Independent Contractor
for the oil and gas, construction and domestic security
industries. From January 1980 until July 1985 Mr.
Johnston was Director of Analytical Services for
Gulf Oil Corporation. Mr. Johnston graduated with
honors from The United States School of Applied Aerospace
Sciences, studied Electronics Technology at University
of Houston, and Physics at Tennessee Technological
University.
Mr.
Johnston developed the corporate network that
hosted the Company’s websites, Sticky Web® and
Mail Wiz® software.
