Perfect Web Technologies, Inc. Has Begun Appeal in the '400 Patent Case

Jan 05, 2009 - Perfect Web Technologies, Inc. has filed a notice of Appeal with the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in respect to U.S. Patent No. 6,631,400.

"We feel that the U.S. District Court has committed reversible error with respect to the '400 patent and we intend to ask the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to correct the reversible error," stated CEO Thomas L. DiStefano III.
