Inc. Corporate Restructure Subsidiaries Organized for
Acquisitions, Business Groups and IP

2007 - Perfect Web Technologies, Inc., an intellectual
property company that provides B2B2C marketing solutions
with and with key Internet, software and business method
patents in e-mail, Web creation and e-commerce, announced
today that it is setting up subsidiaries companies to
manage its acquisitions and intellectual properties.
The Company has organized its Operating Business
groups as the following.

Company has made the acquisition of EResources,
Inc., a data management company located in India,
EResources, has been renamed as Perfect Web Resources,
www.perfectwebresources.com. |

Company is planning to close on an Internet sales
and marketing enterprise located in Florida. Both
operating subsidiaries work together to drive OPT-IN
e-mail sales through the Mail Wiz® ASP. |

LLC, - www.theuptick.com
is operated at corporate head quarters in Boca Raton,
Florida. An online merchant banking and financial
content provider was launched to the Internet in
1996. During a continuous run of 10 years www.theuptick.com
has assisted many entrepreneurs and small business
owners in distributing their company's information
for the purpose of public disclosure, introduction
of products and services and public relations and
awareness. |
The Company has setup
the following subsidiaries to hold and manage its technology
groups.

and other intellectual properties. Currently there
are two issued patents and four that remain in various
stages of issue with the USPTO. The Company may
decide in the future to setup a subsidiary for each
patent separately. This strategy is best used by

subsidiary. Sticky Web, LLC will manage the technology
assets that include the corporate websites, Sticky

purpose of creating business relationships and to
form alliances protected by the 6,631,400 patent.
The Company is pursuing business partners that share
