Perfect Web Technologies, Inc. Receives Notice of Allowance From United States Patent and Trademark Office

BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb 20, 2008 - Perfect Web Technologies, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: PWBI) announced today that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in reference to a patent application filed by Perfect Web Technologies, Inc. in late 1999.

The allowed patent application, entitled "METHOD OF MODERATING EXTERNAL ACCESS TO AN ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AUTHORING, DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM" as described by its title relates to a system that moderates access to an electronic document authoring, development and distribution system.

"This is the third issued patent in our portfolio that includes previously issued U.S. Patent Nos. 6,631,400 and 6,771,291, and further validates the ideas and the opportunities they create as seminal," commented Thomas L. DiStefano III, CEO, Perfect Web Technologies, Inc.
