Perfect Web Tests
Mail Wiz(R) Internationally Tech Support in Both USA
and India
July 09, 2007 - Perfect
Web Technologies, Inc., an intellectual property company
that provides B2B2C marketing solutions with and with
key Internet, software and business method patents in
e-mail, Web creation and e-commerce, announced today
that it has begun testing its Mail Wiz(R) direct marketing
application internationally through its India based
data management company.
The company, through its Perfect Web Resources division
and tech support center in Ahmedabad, India, is testing
the redesign and deployment of the "Mail Wiz(R)"
web based application and new communications portals.
Upon completion of the testing phase, the Indian location
will handle all technical support requests for the international
market, while a team of technical support personnel
in various US locations will handle all support requests
for the US and its territories.
"Our application
servers and data storage facilities are located in the
United States, with testing and backup capabilities
provided through our Indian subsidiary. The US technical
support personnel are being trained in our Florida facility,
and will then provide support to our US clients through
the internet using a combination of off the shelf and
proprietary technologies," stated Ray Johnston,

model utilizes the Company's in-house and off the shelf
technologies to allow each support engineer to work
independently with a client, and still have the resources
of the entire tech support team at his/her disposal.
