Perfect Web Business
Overview and Strategy
July 09, 2007 - Perfect Web Technologies, Inc., is an
intellectual property company that provides B2B2C marketing
solutions through its Internet, Software, and Business
Methods patents in e-mail, web creation, and e-commerce.
Perfect Web Technologies, Inc. (PWBI) was first formed
in 1996, redefined and enhanced its corporate structure
in July of 1997 to maximize the use of its internal
resources for research and development, and began trading
as a public company on October 10, 2002 as Sticky Web,
Inc. (SIKY:PINK SHEETS).
As an e-mail and online
marketing pioneer, PWBI's core business strategy is
focused on the OPT-IN e-mail and online marketing industry,
which are supported by its broad portfolio of intellectual
properties.
On Sept. 11, 2006, PWBI
acquired EResources, Inc. based in Ahmedabad, India.
EResources, Inc. owns and manages over 195,000,000 global
OPT-IN e-mail addresses.
On December 22, 2006,
PWBI changed its name to Perfect Web Technologies, Inc.
to better represent its business direction and intellectual
properties.
On January 29, 2007, Perfect
Web Technologies, Inc., re-named its EResouce subsidiary.
The EResources, www.perfectwebresources.com,
acquisition is integral to PWBI's strategy to become
a leading provider of online marketing products and
services. Through the EResources offices, PWBI is staging
its international distribution of the Mail Wiz(R) ASP.
On February 15, 2007,
PWBI structures subsidiaries for acquisitions.
On March 29, 2007, Perfect
Web Technologies alleged intentional violation of its
6,631,400 patent titled "Method For Managing Bulk
E-Mail Distribution" by infoUSA (NasdaqGS:IUSA).
"This litigation
is a fundamental case of protecting the valuable intellectual
property we have developed for the future of the e-mail
marketing and management industry. With notice of our
rights, infoUSA knowingly took and has continued to
use our valuable inventions throughout a wide variety
of their business operations and subsidiaries. In effect,
they are trying to get away with using our inventions
everyday to enrich themselves without appropriate acknowledgement
or compensation. While we acknowledge that infoUSA has
built a sizeable presence in the industry, it has done
so unfairly by utilizing our patented technology without
authorization. We are therefore asking the court system
to enforce the patent on our inventions and remedy this
blatant case of infringement," stated Thomas L.
DiStefano, III, Chairman and CEO of Perfect Web Technologies,
Inc.
As PWBI moves forward
with its business strategy the EResource acquisition
coupled with sales and support will provide a platform
for the distribution of our Mail Wiz(R) ASP. PWBI looks
to identify other key business acquisitions that quickly
grow their data management and OPT-IN distribution operations
as well as rigorously enforce their intellectual property
rights.
