SIGNS LOI TO ACQUIRE DATA STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL COMPANY
July 24, 2007 Perfect Web Technologies, Inc., an intellectual
property company that provides B2B2C marketing solutions
with key Internet, software and business method patents
in e-mail, Web creation and e-commerce, announced today
that it has agreed in principle to acquire A&D Data
Corp., a data storage and retrieval company.
A&D Data Corp., has currently booked over $1 million
in sales with $25 million in total contracts running
through fiscal year-end 2007 into the first Q 2008.
The Company’s board of directors has authorized
a new series of a “Class C” stock to be
issued for the acquisition. A subsidiary has been organized
for acquisitions that enhance the short term and long
term goals of the Company.

Wood and Howell W. Wood are staying on board to help
manage and grow the subsidiary. This team has built
a successful operation, has the know-how and expertise
to quickly grow into a dominant player in data storage

Data storage and retrieval is critical to securing valuable
data from natural disasters and in the event of terrorist
attacks assisting national defense in keeping import
data free from down time.
