Perfect Web Technologies, Inc.'s Subsidiary Signs LOI to Acquire Telecommunications Company

October 02, 2007 - Perfect Web Technologies, Inc., a technology company that provides B2B2C marketing solutions, invented and owns key Internet, software and business method patents and provides financial merchant services announces today that through it's subsidiary The Perfect Web, Inc. it has agreed in principle to acquire Digital Communications, Inc. a telecom infrastructure development company.

Digital Communications, Inc. and its subsidiaries have booked over $12 million in sales with four master contracts. Each of these master contracts has a potential for over 100 million in gross revenue. While part of the Able Telecom management team, similar master contracts produced $50-100 million each year. Digital Communications has requests from AT&T to open additional offices and expand its current contracts to over $10 million as soon as possible.

The Company's board of directors has authorized that its wholly owned subsidiary, The Perfect Web, Inc., complete the acquisition. The Perfect Web, Inc. was organized for the purpose of making acquisitions that enhance the short term and long term goals of the Company.

This management group was instrumental in building Able Telecom (a NASDAQ company) to the level at which gross revenues exceeded $600 Million per year," stated Thomas L. The management of Digital Communications, Inc. includes Billy Caudell as its President. They will be instrumental to achieving both short and long term goals of Perfect Web and the subsidiary. The management teams focus is to position itself as a leader in the telecommunications infrastructure industry through fulfilling their exiting master contracts and making strategic acquisitions.
