Thomas L. DiStefano III, Chairman and CEO of Perfect Web Technologies, Inc., is the inventor of each of the patents in the portfolio. He began the process of protecting his ideas and inventions at the dawn of the Internet and by submitting patent applications with the USPTO.

Perfect Web Technologies became a public company on October 10, 2002 with the corporate purpose to provide technologies, manage, market, and license its portfolio intellectual properties that includes six patents and patents pending and five registered marks.

ISSUED PATENTS

Our first patent issued is "METHOD FOR MANAGING BULK E-MAIL DISTRIBUTION" and was issued by the USPTO on October 7, 2003 and is patent number 6,631,400. The '400 Patent protects the key elements of the e-mail marketing and management industry that includes both OPT-IN and illegal SPAM. Each step in the system represents the logical and efficient path a business would undertake in a successful OPT-IN e-mail marketing and management enterprise, in any instance, send e-mails to specific targeted lists and then get reports analyzing how many e-mails were bounced, received and/or opened.

On August 3, 2004 the USPTO issued our second patent number 6,771,291 "METHOD FOR DEVELOPING ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS EMPLOYING MULTIPLE DISPLAY REGIONS". The '291 patent relates to electronic document creation and online collaboration utilizing multiple display regions, display screens or windows. We have filed a divisional application for this patent.

"METHOD OF MODERATING EXTERNAL ACCESS TO AN ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT AUTHORING, DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM" and was issued by the USPTO on April 1, 2008 and is patent number 7,353,199. The ‘199 patent relates to a system that moderates access to an electronic document authoring, development and distribution system without risking the abuse of the system by the potential customer.
